Welcome to Laguna Lighting Supply! By accessing and using our Shopify store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our store or services without prior notice.

Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

All purchases must be made through authorized payment methods available on our store.

Payment is required at checkout, and pricing may fluctuate due to tariffs, duties, or import regulations. Any significant changes will be communicated before processing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 4 business days, with estimated delivery between 3–7 business days. While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays may occur.

Once shipped, tracking details will be provided. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control; however, if a shipment is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us for assistance.

If we are unable to fulfill an order within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you and provide options, including a refund or alternative shipping arrangements.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their item. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Once we receive the item, exchanges will be processed within 4 business days, with shipping estimated at 3 to 7 business days. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, clearance items, and special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

5. Warranty & Liability

We honor all manufacturer warranties, unless otherwise stated. Warranty terms are provided by the manufacturer and may vary by product.

Laguna Lighting Supply is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or third-party modifications.

By purchasing from our store, you agree that our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased, except where prohibited by law.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications.

6. Privacy & Marketing Policy

We collect and process customer information in accordance with U.S. privacy laws, including applicable state regulations.

Data Use – Information is used for order processing, customer support, and marketing.

Any disputes arising from these terms must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.

Legal action may only be pursued if arbitration does not result in a resolution, and must be filed in the appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction over the matter.
